a space for rewilding creativity
tapping into the enoughness of our creative selves
I'm Lilli Unwin, a singer-songwriter whose work draws on academic research into creativity and perfectionism. I help people build creativity into their lives in a sustainable and meaningful way, through an inspiring, supportive learning space which draws on research, as well as lived experience.
Instead of chasing the idea that we always need to be more and do more creatively, the rewilding creativity philosophy encourages us to tap into our inherent creative enoughness as a starting point from which to play and explore. By peeling back the layers of perfectionism and hustle culture, we can see our creativity in a more cyclical way, rather than linear. By normalising rest during dormant creative seasons, we may in the end make it more likely that we'll see abundant creative growth.
You don't need fixing. You need space to play.
We are living in an increasingly disconnected world. Disconnected from ourselves, our creativity, each other, nature.
refloria is my answer to that: a welcoming space to play, create and learn. Time to connect with ourselves, others and the living world around us. A creative and wellbeing-supportive antidote to an overwhelming modern life.
My blog and podcast on creativity and wellbeing, free to read and listen to on Substack.
createSmall, friendly workshops for individuals, teams and welcoming spaces. The heart of refloria.
start with a workshop
The quickest way to understand refloria is to spend two hours inside it. Every workshop grows from the same idea, then takes a different shape depending on who is in the room. Pick the path that sounds like you.
I'm a singer-songwriter whose work draws on academic research into creativity and perfectionism, including years spent studying how creative people keep going, and why so many of us stop.
I have always loved being creative, but have often found that it tends to be the mindset hurdles that stop many of us from creating freely. That's why I founded refloria, to share what I have learned, and found in my research, and connect with others who are trying to build creativity into their lives in a more enjoyable way.
